A stronger, faster way
to build than brick.

Cemtone board is a flat cement sheet that screws to a steel or timber frame — for walls, partitions, ceilings, floors, sub-roofs and façades. It does not burn, and termites cannot eat it.

The board

Cement, sand and fibre —
cured under pressure.

Cement, silica sand, high‑performance additives and cellulose fibre, cured in an autoclave, where superheated steam and high pressure enhance the reaction between the cement and the silica.

  • Autoclave curing gives improved strength, lower moisture movement and high fire resistance
  • Sheets of 1220 × 2440 mm, in seven thicknesses from 6 to 18 mm. Custom sizes made to order
  • Faster and lighter to build with than brick and block
